1. Phạm vi
Các điều khoản này áp dụng khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng desktop Gmail Manager Pro và trang thông tin công khai liên quan. Khi tiếp tục sử dụng, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này. Nếu không đồng ý, hãy ngừng sử dụng ứng dụng.
2. Tài khoản Google và quyền sử dụng
Bạn phải tự đăng nhập, xác minh danh tính và quyết định có cấp quyền Google hay không. Bạn chỉ được kết nối tài khoản mà bạn sở hữu hoặc được ủy quyền sử dụng. Gmail Manager Pro yêu cầu quyền gửi thư và thông tin nhận dạng cơ bản; ứng dụng không đọc hộp thư đến.
3. Gửi thư và sử dụng hợp pháp
Ứng dụng yêu cầu bạn xem trước và xác nhận trước khi đưa tác vụ vào hàng đợi gửi. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về người nhận, nội dung, tệp đính kèm, quyền gửi và việc tuân thủ pháp luật, quy định chống thư rác và chính sách Google áp dụng.
- Chỉ gửi tới người nhận có cơ sở pháp lý phù hợp để được liên hệ.
- Không gửi thư rác, lừa đảo, mạo danh, đe dọa hoặc nội dung bất hợp pháp.
- Tuân thủ yêu cầu đồng ý, nhận diện người gửi và hủy đăng ký áp dụng cho chiến dịch của bạn.
- Không tìm cách vượt hạn mức hoặc biện pháp bảo vệ của Google.
Ứng dụng không thay thế tư vấn pháp lý, không tự xác minh sự đồng ý của người nhận và không bảo đảm thư được Google chấp nhận hoặc được giao tới hộp thư đích.
4. Bảo vệ tài khoản và dữ liệu
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo vệ tài khoản Google, thiết bị Windows và bản sao lưu của mình. Dữ liệu desktop được lưu cục bộ; hãy đọc Chính sách quyền riêng tư để biết thêm về lưu trữ, bảo vệ và xóa dữ liệu.
5. Tính sẵn sàng và giới hạn trách nhiệm
Ứng dụng và trang web được cung cấp “nguyên trạng” và tùy theo khả năng sẵn có. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, nhà phát triển không bảo đảm dịch vụ không bị gián đoạn, không có lỗi hoặc phù hợp với mọi mục đích; không chịu trách nhiệm về việc Google từ chối, trì hoãn, giới hạn hoặc xử lý thư, hay mất dữ liệu do thiết bị, Windows hoặc thao tác của người dùng.
Không điều khoản nào loại trừ trách nhiệm mà pháp luật hiện hành không cho phép loại trừ. Bạn nên sao lưu dữ liệu quan trọng và kiểm tra kết quả gửi trong tài khoản Gmail.
6. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Ứng dụng tích hợp Google OAuth và Gmail API; trang công khai được lưu trữ trên Cloudflare Workers. Các dịch vụ đó chịu điều khoản và chính sách riêng của nhà cung cấp. Gmail Manager Pro độc lập, không được Google hoặc Cloudflare tài trợ hay chứng thực.
7. Cập nhật và liên hệ

1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the Gmail Manager Pro desktop app and its public information site. By continuing to use them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
2. Google accounts and authorization
You sign in, verify your identity, and decide whether to grant Google access. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. Gmail Manager Pro requests permission to send email and basic identity information; it does not read your inbox.
3. Sending and lawful use
The app asks you to review and confirm before placing a send job in the queue. You are responsible for recipients, content, attachments, authority to send, and compliance with applicable law, anti-spam rules, and Google policies.
- Send only to recipients you have a lawful basis to contact.
- Do not send spam, phishing, impersonation, threats, or unlawful content.
- Meet applicable consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe requirements for your campaigns.
- Do not attempt to evade Google's quotas or safeguards.
The app is not legal advice, does not independently verify recipient consent, and does not guarantee that Google will accept or deliver a message to its destination inbox.
4. Account and data security
You are responsible for securing your Google account, Windows device, and backups. Desktop data is stored locally. See the Privacy Policy for information about storage, protection, and deletion.
5. Availability and limitation of liability
The app and website are provided “as is” and as available. To the extent permitted by law, the developer does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every purpose and is not responsible for Google rejecting, delaying, limiting, or processing messages, or for data loss caused by your device, Windows, or user actions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Back up important data and verify send results in your Gmail account.
6. Third-party services
The app integrates Google OAuth and the Gmail API; the public site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Those services are governed by their providers' own terms and policies. Gmail Manager Pro is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by Google or Cloudflare.
7. Updates and contact
