1. Dữ liệu ứng dụng xử lý
Khi bạn tự kết nối tài khoản Google, ứng dụng xử lý địa chỉ tài khoản
và thông tin định danh cần thiết để xác nhận đúng tài khoản. Ứng
dụng yêu cầu quyền Gmail

openid và email. Ứng dụng dùng quyền Gmail
này để gửi thư; không dùng Gmail API để đọc hộp thư đến, tìm kiếm thư
hoặc đọc nhãn.
Khi bạn soạn hoặc xác nhận gửi, ứng dụng xử lý địa chỉ người nhận, chủ đề, nội dung thư và tệp đính kèm. Ứng dụng cũng lưu dữ liệu quản lý cục bộ như cấu hình tài khoản, trạng thái hàng đợi, lịch sử gửi và mã thư do Google trả về.
2. Nơi lưu trữ và bảo vệ dữ liệu
Dữ liệu của ứng dụng desktop được lưu trên thiết bị Windows của bạn, trong hồ sơ người dùng Windows. Refresh token và dữ liệu thư được bảo vệ bằng Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI), gắn với người dùng Windows hiện tại. Cơ sở dữ liệu SQLite lưu metadata ứng dụng và không được mã hóa toàn bộ. Serilog lưu log cục bộ và xoay vòng tối đa 7 tệp, mỗi tệp khoảng 5 MiB; ứng dụng được thiết kế không ghi token, mật khẩu hoặc nội dung thư vào log.
Nhà phát triển không vận hành máy chủ backend để nhận hoặc lưu token, danh sách người nhận, nội dung thư hay tệp đính kèm. Ứng dụng gửi yêu cầu xác thực tới Google và gửi thư trực tiếp tới Gmail API bằng kết nối HTTPS.
3. Chia sẻ với dịch vụ bên thứ ba
- Google: nhận yêu cầu OAuth, thông tin cần thiết cho việc xác thực và dữ liệu thư/người nhận mà bạn yêu cầu gửi qua Gmail API. Việc sử dụng dữ liệu của Google chịu sự điều chỉnh bởi Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google và Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng Google API.
- Cloudflare: cung cấp hosting cho trang công khai này trên Workers. Khi truy cập trang, Cloudflare có thể xử lý thông tin kỹ thuật của yêu cầu (ví dụ địa chỉ IP, trình duyệt và thời điểm truy cập) để truyền tải, bảo vệ và vận hành dịch vụ theo chính sách quyền riêng tư Cloudflare.
Trang công khai này không nhúng công cụ quảng cáo hoặc phân tích của bên thứ ba và không đặt cookie phân tích của nhà phát triển. Các biện pháp bảo vệ hạ tầng do Cloudflare vận hành được điều chỉnh theo chính sách riêng của Cloudflare.
4. Thời hạn lưu và xóa dữ liệu
Dữ liệu ứng dụng desktop được giữ trên thiết bị cho đến khi bạn xóa
dữ liệu ứng dụng. Hiện ứng dụng chưa có chức năng ngắt kết nối/thu
hồi Google tích hợp hoặc tự động dọn toàn bộ lịch sử và dữ liệu cũ.
Đóng ứng dụng rồi xóa thư mục
%LOCALAPPDATA%\GmailManagerPro sẽ xóa dữ liệu cục bộ
trong thư mục đó; thao tác này không xóa thư đã gửi trong Gmail và
không thu hồi quyền Google. Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền ứng dụng trong
phần bảo mật của Tài khoản Google.
Việc xóa tệp thông thường có thể không loại bỏ mọi bản sao lưu do Windows, phần mềm bảo mật hoặc thiết bị của bạn quản lý.
5. Lựa chọn và trách nhiệm của bạn
Việc kết nối tài khoản và gửi thư đều do bạn chủ động. Bạn có thể từ chối hoặc thu hồi quyền Google; khi đó một số chức năng gửi thư sẽ không còn hoạt động. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo vệ tài khoản Windows/Gmail, chỉ gửi tới người nhận phù hợp và tuân thủ pháp luật áp dụng.
6. Trẻ em và thay đổi chính sách
Ứng dụng không được thiết kế dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chính sách có thể được cập nhật khi ứng dụng hoặc cách xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi; phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này cùng ngày hiệu lực.

1. Information the app processes
When you connect a Google account, the app processes the account
address and identity information needed to verify the selected
account. It requests
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send,
openid, and email. The Gmail permission is
used to send messages; the app does not use the Gmail API to read
your inbox, search messages, or read labels.
When you compose or confirm a message, the app processes recipient addresses, subject, message content, and attachments. It also stores local management data such as account configuration, queue state, send history, and message IDs returned by Google.
2. Storage and security
Desktop-app data is stored on your Windows device in your Windows user profile. Refresh tokens and message data are protected with Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI), tied to the current Windows user. The SQLite database stores app metadata and is not encrypted as a whole. Serilog stores local logs and rotates up to 7 files of approximately 5 MiB each; the app is designed not to write tokens, passwords, or message content to logs.
The developer does not operate a backend server that receives or stores tokens, recipient lists, message content, or attachments. The app sends authentication requests to Google and messages directly to the Gmail API over HTTPS.
3. Third-party services
- Google: receives OAuth requests, information needed for authentication, and message/recipient data you ask the Gmail API to send. Google's Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy apply.
- Cloudflare: hosts this public site on Workers. Cloudflare may process technical request information (for example, IP address, browser, and request time) to deliver, protect, and operate the service under its Privacy Policy.
This public site does not embed third-party advertising or analytics tools and does not set developer-owned analytics cookies. Cloudflare's own infrastructure protections are governed by Cloudflare's policies.
4. Retention and deletion
Desktop-app data remains on your device until you delete it. The app
currently has no built-in disconnect/revoke feature or automatic
full cleanup of history and old data. Close the app and delete
%LOCALAPPDATA%\GmailManagerPro to remove local data in
that folder. This does not delete sent messages from Gmail or revoke
Google access; you can revoke app access in your Google Account
security settings. Ordinary file deletion may not remove backups
managed by Windows, security software, or your device.
5. Your choices and responsibilities
You choose whether to connect an account and send a message. You can deny or revoke Google access, which may disable sending features. You are responsible for securing your Windows/Gmail accounts, sending only to appropriate recipients, and complying with applicable laws.
6. Children and policy updates
The app is not designed for children under 13. This policy may be updated when the app or its data practices change; the current version and effective date will be posted here.
